 Is Kapa Haka Good for you?

Hello im Tiana and im going to explain why kapa haka is good for you. Kapa haka has been around for over 10 years its fun and you get to dance and sing along with boys and girls. Kapa haka is good and not just the maori can be in kapa haka any culture can be the other cultures and experience what maori do when the do it,

You get to go off in all of your costumes and perform infront of people you meet new people and get along with the people in the big kapa haka group. It also teaches the little ones and it is good because the little ones learn the dances and learn the songs just like we do with room 17 Kapa Haka teaches kids the history of it too, it also represents our and other countries. In Kapa Haka get everyone up and moving doing all of the good actions and for the other culture ones you also and everyone also gets to learn new language.

Kapa Haka is not just for the maori its for everyone to join you also do it at school and it might take up all your lunch time just to be learning the actions and songs so then you will pick everything up very quickly and then go ahead and perform all your actions and get stronger and stronger.

so kapa haka is defintily a yes but it wont be for everyone becuase some people will disagree and some maori will not like kapa haka and it might not be for them and they might be into something else. But kapa haka is good and teaches everyone.
