What is the main idea
I think the main Idea is that they are trying to tell us to get health strong so we don’t need to worry about eating and I think they are trying to make us exercise and that they are trying to make us not sit down (sometimes). Also that they are telling us to go to sleep early and wake up early in the morning. There are people who research what impact sitting does to our human body and what standing does to our human body and people who sit and people who stand are more likely to get a disease by 1.5 then people who stand. They are also telling us not to eat too much salt or sugar because you can get sick and your health can get low. If you eat too much sugar you will get diabetes. If you eat too much salt you will also lose control.
